WHAT IS YOUR SERVICE AREA?

Three Brothers Construction is located in Westminster, Colorado. We service the Denver Metro and Front Range areas including Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley, Timnath, Westminster, Broomfield, Longmont, Firestone, Boulder, Thornton, Aurora, Parker and other surrounding areas.

HOW WILL MY PROJECT BE MANAGED?

 

After your free consultation, Three Brothers Construction will work with you to solidify your vision and provide you with an itemized cost estimate for the scope of the project.  Our design-build lead will help you finalize the best materials for your space and customize construction to accommodate optimal use of your home.  As you move through the renovation / construction process, our General Contractor will maintain daily communication regarding the status of your job, including items such as project updates and permit status / approval. WHY SHOULD I HIRE A DESIGN-CONTRACT RENOVATION / CONSTRUCTION COMPANY?
 
Our design/build remodeling company gives you the advantage of working with only one company to perform all the tasks associated with a remodel and avoid common problems when working with multiple companies. This streamlines and simplifies the whole process and lets you enjoy your remodeling experience.
 
ARE YOU INSURED AND LICENSED WITH THE STATE?

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed with the State of Colorado (#d-693).

ARE THE PEOPLE WORKING ON MY JOB YOUR EMPLOYEES?

​As a family-owned small business, we oversee every aspect of your job personally.  All projects are managed and staffed by fully-insured employees. We do also use Trade Partners for some key pieces of a project, such as plumbing and electrical wiring. We stand by the quality of work produced by our subcontractors and handle all of the construction communication and management with trades on your behalf.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE PROJECT AT MY HOME?

With a laser focus on safe and clean work spaces, we try to minimize household disruptions.
